I am a publisher and the embed code I have for my website: http://www.doctorpremed.com/games.html simply redirects the reader back to Heyzap and more importantly logs them into my personal account.

Please let me know what can be done so I can have an accurate code (arcade style) for my account .

Hi doctorpremed,

I see a problem with the embed code. Fixing that.

I don't think it is logging users in. It is simply a redirect to heyzap.com where you are logged in. Do you see any change in user if you are not logged in to Heyzap.com?

Will fix the underlying problem and get back to you.

Immad,

Thanks for your prompt response and you're correct not logging into my personal account (was doing that previously because I was already logged in so taking me to that page of Heyzap).

Looking forward to the fix and my site visitors are excited about having a games section.

doctorpremed,

It looks like a little bit of the embed code was misplaced.

Try adding

<div id='heyzap_games__6c4b89'></div>

to your page; that should solve your problems.

Abentspoon,

Where do I add this additional piece of embed code? Is it at the beginning, middle, or end? Do I have to remove another piece of code as well.

Any additional information that is more precise is highly appreciated.

I saw the arcade working on your site yesterday, perhaps your browser was showing you an old version of your site.

Try clearing your browser's cache and reloading the page.

If you want to be absolutely sure you got everything right, go back to the widget wizard and compare the code displayed when you click "Get Code" with the code on your site.
