Suggestions on improving the user-experience at heyZap:

1. Include link to view history of achievements / virtual goods and forum posts (currently, only 5 updates are displayed)
2. Have a friend, fan system in which users may accept, acknowledge users as friends and manage them.
3. Implementing a fav icon for each game makes it easier for gamers to bookmark their favourite games on their profiles.
4. Explicitly mention which games include hiscores in them; this encourages gamers and competitors to battle it out instantly!
5. Display achievements out-game as well, enabling gamers to calculate coin-earning potential before playing the game.

More suggestions on improvement:

1. Develop a game rating system and display top 10 on the homepage.
2. Implement a user leaderboard taking into consideration: achievements unlocked, goods purchased and/or high scores achieved.
3. How do I edit my forum posts after posting?
4. Put out a larger about user section in the user profile.
